Dr. Nick Oberheiden

Dr. Nick Oberheiden has extensive experience in international family matters, international arbitrations, and disputes spanning jurisdictions from across the globe.  Routinely, Dr. Oberheiden advises clients in international civil and criminal legal proceedings within and outside the United States of America.

A graduate of law schools both in the European Union and the United States, Dr. Oberheiden is well familiar with all major legal systems, in particular the United States, Brazil, and Germany.  Dr. Oberheiden’s international education and profound familiarity with complex legal issues position Dr. Oberheiden especially well to also advise foreign clients. Dr. Oberheiden is fluent in English, French, German, and Portuguese.

Dr. Oberheiden is admitted to practice law in New York and Washington D.C. as well as before the United States Court of International Trade, before the United States’ Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Eastern District of New York and the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Southern, Western, and Eastern District of Texas.
